LOGISTICS & MATERIAL MANAGER

The position of the logistics and material manager is very important to the day

to day activities of the company. The functions include:

(a) Co-ordinates the movement of logistics and materials

(b) Identities sources of materials supply

(c) Participate in the procurement of materials for the company and clients

(d) Participates in the execution of project of the company.

TECHNICAL SERVICE OFFICER

Our Technical Service Officer is charged with the following

(a) Co-ordinates all technical related matters

(b) Providing and supervising all mechanical and electrical operations

(c) Auditing and reporting plant operation

(d) Checking technical equipment before the commencement of

operations

(e) Reports all technical faults to site Engineer and for urgent and

necessary actions

HSE

The staff have been intimated with safety and security procedures and are

expected to strictly follow the instructions as outlined. Safety wears are

provided for every staff on site. As the job progresses, all staff must be safety

conscious.

NOTE: A comprehensive HSE manual will be provided when needed.

SAFTY OFFICER

AMTEK HENS LTD. has a very premium on safe environment for smooth

operations. The safety officer therefore has the following functions to perform

and reports back to safety manager.

(a) Ensure strict adherence or compliance to safety rules and regulations

by all workers

(b) Audits safety compliance to work

(c) Reports to the Logistics Manager any accident/incident that may occur

(d) Requisite for safety materials

(e) Organizes safety meetings for workers on daily or weekly basis as the

case may be.

(f) Provides first aid for accident victim.
